ATTENTION! Cpanel Help Desk Support has Changed
ATTENTION!
For all Cpanel web hosting customers of Servers and Domains, using Plans F1, F2, F3, F4 or R1, R2, R3, R4, please submit all support cases using the "Submit a Support Request" icon in your Cpanel ONLY.
For submitting a ticket by email use:
support@mycpanel.us
Use of our eSupport helpdesk or any other email address will only delay our ability to respond to your case promptly.
Please be aware that Email is very unreliable due to the huge amount of Spam we get on our support email addresses. If you submit an issue via Email, we may NOT receive it. It may be burried under the Spam. Please, use the "Submit a Support Request" tool in your Cpanel for the highest reliability and the fastest support. This new feature contacts our datacenter directly to save time and assure the highest quality of support.
