Dear Valued Client,
THIS IS NOT SPAM! You are receiving this message because you are a valued client of Servers and Domains web hosting.
This is a courtesy message from Todd Desiato at Servers and Domains. There will be no Phone Support from March 28th to April 4th, 2008 because, I will be taking a vacation for the first time in 8 years.
Please understand that I attempted to outsourse the phone support. However, anyone I can get to answer the phone is not technically proficient. Therefore, all they can do is relay your message to the help desk and charge me a lot of money to type a support ticket for you. Since I must keep the cost of doing support at a minimum in order to keep our prices low, I would greatly appreciate it if for this one week, you would simply use our Help Desk and type your own support tickets.

Please, send your messages to the technicians and they will be there, on staff 24/7 to assist you but they do not do Phone Support. Help Desk support is just as fast as phone support. Please be patient with them and show them the same courtesy that you have shown me over the years.
Also, if you have never used this help desk before, you must first Register with the Help Desk! Having a web hosting package DOES NOT register you with the Help Desk automatically. The login is NOT the same as it is for your /menu control panel. If you do not know your login, simply Register at the Help Desk to create a new one.
Please note that when submitting a ticket to the help desk, the priority condition EMERGENCY should only be selected if your website is down. It should not be selected because you are in a hurry for an answer. The technicians will respond to all tickets as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 4 hours for a response and do not submit multiple tickets to the help desk regarding the same issue. Please just update or reply to the first ticket you submitted.
Note that the technicians do not have the authority to setup new accounts for you. If you purchase a new account, I must authorize it and this can take up to 24 hours before you receive the new Welcome Letter. I apologize for the inconvenience.
While I am on vacation, I will be checking my email once or twice a day, but I will not be responding with my usual promptness. So please, if you need immediate assistance, please use the Help Desk and do not send me email directly and do not call. Email should NEVER be used to contact us for technical support because 99.9% of my email is Spam and your message can easily be lost in the amount of junk mail I receive. Always use the Help Desk to assure that our technicians receive your message promptly.
