 Portal and Control Panel Upgrade
Solution Valued Client,

Your services with ServersAndDomains have been upgraded to the new client portal and our new control panel.
At that time you can access your new portal at http://my.serversanddomains.com or by going to http://serversanddomains.com and clicking on Client Login. Your user name and password for the portal access is the same as before. There is only one exception with your user name and password. If you had characters in your user name or password for example (-, +, $ and so on...) those characters have been removed.
Example: If your user id was "john-doe" now the new user id is "johdoe".
When entering the password please make sure you enter it in small letters for your SND portal and the control panel.
Also, if your user name and password was the same or had the same wording, that password has been changed. The new password can be recovered by going to http://my.serversanddomains.com/lostlogin.php and using your Off Network email address or your main domain name.

In your new SND portal located at http://my.serversanddomains.com or by going to http://serversanddomains.com and clicking on Client Login you will have access to our support ticketing system (which you will need to use from now on), our knowledge base, billing info and of course your new control panel access which is located by clicking on the Hosting Portfolio link or the tab up top. Once you are on the Hosting Portfolio tab you will have access to all your domains hosted and their FTP information. To the right on that Hosting Portal page you will see a Plesk Login link which will take you to your control panel. The user name to your control panel is the same as the one for your SND portal and the password for Plesk Control Panel is the same password but in lower case.
Your Plesk control panel will give you access to making any administration changes to your hosted domains. Your control panel also will allow you to change your email address password and much more.

Emails:
Your email address passwords could not be transferred over from the old server and needs to be changed by you for each of your email addresses for each of your domains.
You can do this by following the steps mentioned above to access your Plesk control panel. Once you login to your Plesk control panel you can click on the "home" link on the top left hand corner and then you will see all your domains in the middle of the page. You would need to click on each domain then click on the Mail button and you will see your email addresses there. You can click on each email address and then click on the preferences button to add new passwords.
If for some reason you do not see your email address created you can just created yourself. This might have happened if your mailbox was too big or corrupted on the old system.
Your mail server address will not be changed. In your email client most likely you are using mail.yourdomainname.com for your mail server name. That will stay the same.
The only thing that will change is the user name. At this time you might just have your user set to the first part of your email address for example just "johndoe" without the domain name. You would need to update that to "johdoe@yourdomainname.com" and with the new password you will have changed in Plesk for each email address.
Here is a link to help you configure your email client with the new system. http://serversanddomains.com/support/knowledgebase/category.php?catId=24

Webmail:
You can access your webmail by going to http://webmail.yourdomainname.com

Resellers Only:
If you have a reseller account with us you can create Plesk Control Panel access for each of your clients by going to their domain name in your Plesk with the above instructions. Then you will see a Domain Administrator button. You would need to go there and then you will have an option that would be called “Allow domain Administrator’s access”. You would need to click on the check box to the right of that and also create a password right below it. Below that you will see a Permissions section where you can specify what kind of access to give your client to their Plesk.
Then give the client the same URL that you go to for Plesk control panel which will be similar to https://h103.plesklogin.net:8443 or https://h104.plesklogin.net:8443 and have them login with their domain name as the user name and the password you specified.

You can create support tickets from now on at http://my.serversanddomains.com/support by logging on with your user name and password. You can also use the live chat option on our website at http://serversanddomains.com and speak to any of our techs.
