SMTP Mail Port for H-sphere
Solution
On our H-sphere Windows Hosting Plans, for the SMTP server port do not use port 25. When setting up an account in Outlook. Under More Settings, on the Advanced tab. Change the SMTP port to,
port 2525
This will work when port 25 fails.
