Solution When creating an FTP site. Use the following protocol to access the folders via the Internet Explorer browser.

Users can access their ftp accounts by constructing the URL as shown below:

ftp://user@domainname/
password is set for user under FTP Accounts in cpanel.

You can access your main account through
ftp://mainuser@domainname/
password is the cpanel password
